Aa I removed my phone from charger this message came: qtn_voland_could_not_load_plugin_for_.

I had to close the phone to close this message screen. 

Now forexample as I set alarm clock, by the time of the alarm it doesn't work but the message appears again on the screen.

Can any of you help me with this issue. how to fix it?

As no doubt you have searched this topic already there have been a couple of instances reported upon Chinese N9 in relation to setting alarm which loses something upon translation into English however.
