I keep trying to download firefox 13.0 from Ovi and I get repeated "download failed errors"
First I tried the software update with errors, so I deleted Firefox 12.0 from my N9 and tried a new download from OVI, still over and over "download error" I went to bed, tried again. I turned on developer mode just to try, but still "download error with the package"
Anyone out there able to download this software, I use it as my main browser and upset I deleted 12.0

I had the same problem; could not install Firefox v. 13.
Then, first I removed v. 12 and through files manager program ‘Filebox’ (free software) I was able to install the new Firefox from the path: /var/cache/apt/archives were the file name is fennec_13.0_armel.fennec.FAILED (as mentioned by others earlier). When I tried to do the same installation with the football app 1.1.0 ‘Filebox’ informed that the file was damaged. Remember that maybe a reboot of the phone is required after removing the old Firefox, I am not quite sure but worth a try.

So far I think the easiest method is to download firefox 13 from Nokia store on computer by visiting store.ovi.com/content/262564/download in web browser then copy paste that firefox 13 .deb file into N9 and then install it using file manager apps like Filebox etc on N9

Unistalled the existing Firefox and then reinstalled from archive folder.. But now Firefox is showing 13.0 update as available in the software updates section. Weird ....
But then I dont use Firefox much, only on sites which have flash in them. So its liveable.
Same issue happening with Moltome app as well. Today I downloaded a few more apps and all went fine. So I think its more of app problem.
