Hello,
maybe you are right the problem is the flashing images.
How could I be sure to have the good flashing images ?
My N9 is the black 64Gb, Made in Finland, 059H2M6
So, it should be the one selected in the attached picture, isn't it ?
then...
Zeroize device (destroys user data)
mv DFL61_HARMATTAN_40.2012.21-3_PR_LEGACY_001-OEM1-958_ARM.bin main.bin mv DFL61_HARMATTAN_40.2012.13-7.ALPS_EMMC_ALPS.bin emmc.bin
Then, no update at all (as I have the PR1.3)... just wifi connection.
ok, so I will publish the report as soon as it is done.
Thank you for your support !

@alexandraKa
Just a little surprised at your choice of target for software, as I would have put them in C:\Program Files > Nokia > Flasher

Then I boot the phone, configure the wifi, configure my nokia account.
start nokia maps. Then, Nokia maps indicates me my position (but this is due to internet connection).
I did download the germany map and enabled the developer mode... that is all

If device still within warranty period you could consider returning for repair, although an N9 with non-functioning GPS may be worth a lot more to you than a working device of commensurate value which is Nokia's only warranty obligation to you.

sorry, I am still thinking about a solution... I am quiet sure this is not a hardware problem, but just a soft...
I got the cell phone with the PR1.1 then the GPS was working.
Actually, I have the PR1.3
Would it be possible to downgrade the cell phone to the original firmware (1.1) ?
I read that it is a bit tricky to do... did anyone tried ?
