N9 Bluetooth not working (how can I unblock a certain process)?

Hello,

my bluetooth is no working (when i try to turn it on it does not turn on; no problem reported).

Problem started while driving the car and the phone was pairing with the cars system constantly, it bothered me and had no time to turn of blutetooth. When the phone asked if I blocks a certain file (don't know the name) from starting pairing I pushed "yes". Since then the bluetooth is not working.

Did 'restore settings', no change. Do not wont to clear device or go to Nokia care.

Can I type something in terminal to fix this (how can I unblock a certain process)?

Whatever else you shouldn't need to go to Nokia Care as device software can always be re-installed using standalone Nokia Software Updater:http://nds1.nokia.com/files/support/...erSetup_EN.exe
