N9 ..to... wait for update?

Hej just a question for who already installed in their N9 s last update pr.1...... Deserve to wait??

 My new N9 is dead self rebooted every 5 min and a message displayed " software problem too many reboots", is a N9 black Finland made 64GB bought less than a week ago.

  If is there someone with same problem and installed that update wanna ask if working properly now, to know if should wait for reparation or to just end up this stupid phone i am sick of it. I don't want IPhone, need too many accounts for iTunes ..apps..etc.. but there's others i can use instead a nokis name useless.

But you can always buy a product from the competition. For some of us it is a free world. :-)
