my n900 shows only steady green light did some1 encouter such and issue?

the phone dosent boot up at all.

no vibrate no shake no nothing.

wait 30secs.
insert battery and try to turn it on..

I discharged the battery and re charged same result.

Any ideas besides that? Could it be h.w oriented?

If you know someone with another N900 or a Nokia 5800 try their battery in your phone and charge your battery in theirs for about half an hour and let us know how you get on.

The N900 has been known to dislike the battery being run right down. It'll refuse to charge (showing full charge light) and it'll refuse to boot.
