Hi everyone,

As you might have noted already, we have now started rolling out a new update for N9 to 40.2012.21-3. This software release brings you over 1000 quality improvements, including Mail, Facebook, and Twitter, as well as several small network and connectivity improvements. For more information on the update, you can check out http://swipe.nokia.com/.

The update will be released in waves during the next few weeks, firstly to non-branded variants and later on for other variants as well. When an update is available a notification with the icon is shown in the Events
view. Select the notification to view and install the update. Enjoy!

The N950 has never been officially supported. There's often been beta builds come out earlier for devs to test etc.
But beyond that you can't EXPECT more, & they've explained in detail why in many posts at Nokia Dev site & elsewhere.

Thank you Nokia! I try not to get too exited though before I've seen that the major bugs are gone related to 3G/WiFi and incompability with MS exchange calendar.

You have released 3 major updates since the N9 relase, most other vendors are not near that rate, good job!. Not to say the N9 didn't need them but never the less, we got them and the phone has become a much better device.

Again, the sad part. How can you ditch such an OS? I know we've been through that...

Glad to see my both N9s (bigger and smaller one) will be even smarter as they are now. To say the truth, I nearly stopped to believe you will release any other updates after recent announcement about firig so much people, mostly around Linux OS development in Nokia. But, glad to see the results

so, let's hope for PR1.3 build for N950 too and for some goodies in PR1.4? or do I want too much?

Firmwareupdate to PR 1.3 worked fine.

There also comes an update notification for accuweather, but even update nor reinstallation from store doesn't work.

How to fix this? anybody noticed the same issue?

im in the UK( but have an aussie N9) no update yet
