My 6 week old Nokia n9 has developed a significant creaking sound and give in the bottom left hand corner of the device. I have sent it for nokia repair under the manufactors warrenty via carphone warehouse but it came back as no fault found. Im not happy and ive asked carphone ware house to send it back to nokia with a more descriptive note about the issue. Not happy at all can anyone advise what i should do.... i would like it fixed or replaced.
This is my second n9 and my first n9 was perfect.

Unless device is logged with three attempts at repair you would be unlikely to get a replacement, which only has to be working device of commensurate value and would probably now be a Lumia device.
N9 very dependent upon precision fit of screen frame and housing so integrity susceptible to extremes of tolerance of these components.

Read of a similar issue and having the screen re-reated resolved it, the problem itself should cause no issues other than irritation. You can also insist the phone is returned to Nokia by postal service, but if the creak is not seen as a warrantable item it may still be returned to you as is !
Good Luck

The best course of action is to contact Nokia Support to further investigate and coordinate your concern to the appropriate channel.
