After update of 6 June phone don't see any cell network. Anyone have this problem? What should I do?

first, the obvious:

have you rebooted?

is there a sim card in the sim tray?

is that sim card active?

can you connect to wifi?

if so, open ovi store and install flightmode (to make it easier) otherwise, try: settings/flight mode and turn it on....then turn it off and see if it connects.



now the extra:

have you tried to reset your settings? (settings/reset/restore settings)

and if that doesnt work you can try to reinstall the os with ovi suite.

if that doesnt work you can either learn how to flash the device or take it to Nokia.

even if the sim is not active, you should still see some type of signal to a network "bars"

do you have bars or is the signal just red?

I don't have any signal. All bars are crossed by red line.

I can't reinstall os, because ovi suite don't support N9. Only Nokia Link supports N9, but I think it hasn't reinstall software option

Alternatively, use Nokia Software Updater

It seems, that Nokia Ovi Suite needs sim-card in a phone to reinstall software in it

you should just flash the device and get it fixed.

It was only coincidence, my simcard has been broken that day, damn mobile operator Beeline! I found out, than buy this little thing, that holds microsim as simcard.
