Please help me:

• Apparently I cannot download or install any apps from Ovi (apparently I'm missing some packages)
• Also the default repositories in my phone cannot update 

I've tried updating the software of my n900 and it didn't help

Please help me!! I'm getting desperate...

do you have rootsh installed?

if so run these commands in xterm

root
apt-get -f install
apt-get update
apt-get upgrade -y
apt-get clean

it might just be a glitch so try removing the battery for 30 seconds and press the power button whilst the battery is out

it helped... well kinda, now i can start downloading them but after a while it just stops downloading and i have to cancel the operation, any other tips

this looks like a comone problem, something went wrong, i think its the ovi store.
