i have the same issue.
i believe it is because of the extra repositories installed.
check your applications list for "harmattan-repository_0.4+0m6_all.deb"
and if it is there, uninstall it, then try again..
with my particular device, i am still having issues, though i work on some of the products with it as a test device. so my device probably needs to actually be flashed...rather then an update.
try it and report back.

but my update is stuck at 91% more than 1 hour and I don't know what to do
