haha yes i know we hate windows phone 7 and all that, but we can avtuallly have windows 7 on our n900, its actually easy, done by queen beecon with the WP7 icons that i snapped of the web, do you want step by step instructions ??

Finally got the lock-screen working the way I want it by using transparencies rather than deleting those elements. Can't seem to get a screenshot of that though.

um...did you realize you still have the noob "get started" widget on your desktop?

The backgrounds were downloaded via the PrismicWPM. (Wish I could find out where they are stored. Want to add them to the Desktop Photo Viewer widget). Yeah, I know that's there. I was actually wondering if it's possible to change it. i.e Replace the icon and hack it so it launches something else rather than the noob video. I started a thread over on TMO http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?p=958797#post958797 PS Sorry can't post a proper link, the toolbar isn't there for some reason.

That's GPECalendar. One of the very first applications I installed. It's pretty good with quite an intuitive UI split into 3 panes.

yes, thats what i thought, the GPE. i tried it when it was first put in the repos, but if i remember correctly, i had to use the GPE Calendar/contacts/notes in order for it to work and sync.

is it still the same?

Yeah, pretty much the same. Not sure if the sourcecode can be edited to change the links to those buttons.
