This is still not Available maybe in the next update

Maybe by then N9 will be supported by Ovi suite or N9 Link

Go to Setting > Applications > Manage Applications then select the 'updates' button bottom left to see if any updates (including OS) are available.  You can refresh the list with the refresh key on the top left.

 

Skype functionality is baked into the OS - and is not a separate application.  Any enhancements to Skype's functionality would therefore come with an OS update only.
