Hi,
I seem to have problems copy and paste the music to my N900. I don't have such problem before with my old Nseries phones - like N80, N95, N96, and N97.
First, when I copy the entire album, one or a few songs will fall under the "Unknown Album" category while the rest of the tracks (from the same album) are displayed correctly.
Second, is the album art. Some albums I have the album art displayed correct at the album listing view. Some don't get displayed but in track view, the ablum art is there. Strange?
Any help would be good. It is kind of hard to get this to work. I can sort of live with no track repeat, hard to operate playlists, but having my tracks falling into different places are not acceptable.
Any help would be much appreciated.

I'm not sure what causes this problem. I ripped all music from CDs using Nokia music (Ovi Music) and half appear with unknown somewhere in the data.. something that never affected my N97..
I'd have a look at SongBird.. unlike Nokia (Ovi) Music it actually advertises N900 support! It uses Mass storage mode, so nothing fancy, but it might help your problems..

In the meantime, if you want to edit the "Unknown tracks/Albums" you could always give MussOrgsky a try from the "Extras-devel" repository.

Hi buddy this just happens through ape tagging just convert your track coding to id3 its a source by which your media player collects media tag details was also suffering with same problem
best way to convert all track to id3 just install itunes add files to library from your mobile or direct PC then select all tracks and right click and convert to id3 2.4and its done no more unknown errors
restart your mobile once
