This issue is really annoying and is a result of the latest PR1.2 update. I have now confirmed this on another N9 and would like to report this the right place so where do you contact official Nokia support?

Sorry the above were an answer to the problem with video playback skipping frames after PR1.2 update but it is valid anyway.
