my N9 problem

after battery charging finsh i got this message    (  Device not working properly try updating the device software with nokia software updater. if the problem persists, contact the nearest nokia carre point )  and (software problem (xswssion/ wlancond) too many reboots)  

i dont know how to downloade the new software.

please help me
