My N9's software version is v40, I want to update its software but it is (up to date)
now I can't vedio call in skype! Why?

In relation to updating your software, to update, go to Settings> Application> Manage applications> Tap on Software updates tab (2nd tab).

PR1.3 40.2012.21-3 is the last available software and as MeeGo development team long since disbanded I don't know from where you expect further updates.
