since flashing my n9 to pr1.2 i have no sound coming of the phone upon reboot,plug the earphone then unplug then the sound is once again working ??  very frustrating and also the password problem is there ,wich wasn't with pr1.1

any idea

Not sure if this is your situation, but I don't have the start-up sound if my speakerphone volume is set to mute. Try making a phone call, activate the speakerphone during the call, and then increase your volume.
