this short of error showing everywhere.......

where i just try to try typing like in mail

pls help me out........ i need this solution with out flashing my phone........

when was the last time you rebooted?

you can try cleaning some folders....but cant say that will fix this.

use: apt-get clean
apt-get autoclean


also, have you installed the cssu?

do you have sccu installed ?

i used to have this proble, a reflash fixed it, but things you can do now :

unsitall all teh aps you got from the devels, turn of your phone, take of battery for 30 sec, than restart .

do you have titan's power kernel installed ? if yes what version ?

iam experiencing the same problem...no matter where i type...that application closes

I had the same problem for a few days, and even reflashed the phone. But once I restored my applications, the problem resurfaced gradually.

Two days ago, I ran "apt-get install --reinstall rtcom-messaging-ui" from the x-terminal, and since then the error hasn't resurfaced.

The reinstall didn't work for me

but ...

After lots of trial and error I tried experimenting with the keyboard settings and disabled auto-complete. The crashes stopped.
I then started up "Auto completion editor" (in extras-devel). This told me my auto completion directory was corrupt (truncated). I clicked save to store an empty auto-complete dictionary
The crashes have stopped :-)
