i can't turn on my bloetooth  and the nokia suit can't   install the software device again .... the phone n9

Have you tried standalone NSU?http://nds1.nokia.com/files/support/...erSetup_EN.exe

 

If device under warranty you might return device at ths point to NokiaCare facility, however if no warranty you might want to completely re-install device software to exclude any possible software corruption using Flasher:http://forums.internettablettalk.com/showthread.php?t=82693
