so far as I understand no voice commands. and also no video calls (even if there is front camera).

there's no voice dialing or commands, but there's a commercial app for voice input: http://store.ovi.com/content/244542

using that app you can dictate text to to Search app, so to have some kind of voice commands and dialing, but you can also dictate sms, emails, tweets, skype messages and so on...
