I bought the nokia C1-01 phone week ago. Today i came across a problem when i switched off my phone and when i switched on , all my messages were deleted from inbox, outbox, sent... from every where. Has anyone else came across this problem.

Whenever the phone is shut down all the messages get deleted automatically.

Is there any solution to this problem.

I have the same phone too and the same problem...

I hope it is only a setting's parameter because is so annoying.

I have the same problem and when I online update to new software version 4.40, the problem resolved. Connect your C1-01 with Nokia PC Suit and update the sofware version.

My inbox of nokia c1-01 will be erased or deleted if the phone switch off or drained battery..How to avoid this or restore them back? i've try to update (4.40) but its not work, my inbox still delted if the phon switch off..and I lose my Ovi life tools application... Anybody can help me?

I have updated my recently acquired Nokia C1-02 to v4.40 software. I still have the problem that my Inbox and Sent Items are deleted when I power off / on the phone. Can anyone help solve this very annoying feature?

go to nokia care center , and claim ur warranty, they will solve ur problem
