Cant send MMS Picture, just text in a mms message.

Hi! 

 

I bought a Nokia lumia 800 last summer but i never get MMS to work. I can write a small message in a MMS message (and send it) but not send a picture. The Telephone company said that its nothing wrong with signal or something like that. So it must be something worng with my phone. So what should i do?? 

 

Im glad if some one can help me out!

Ive tested that already. I dont know,  i cuted the simcard myself. Can it been damaged? The thing is that i can send text messages and call. So it shouldnt be a problem with the simcard.

What exactly have you tested ? Have you confirmed that your APN settings are correct and that MMS service is activated on your account ? Do you have mobile data enabled ?

 

You are correct, it is unlikely the problem is with the SIM card.

mobile data is enabled. and i have also tested diffrent APN settings. but still dont get it to work. (MMS service is activated on your account ?) what account are you talking about?

Your mobile network account. Testing different APN settings does not mean you have the correct one. Which network are you on ?

I use Comviq. And we comviq users should not need an account/username/password. what i have understand. This stands on their website

APN: internet.tele2.se
mms center: http://mmsc.tele2.se
mms proxy: 130.244.202.30
mms port: 8080

OKEY its working now. The thing is that sometimes it didnt allow me to save the settings and leave the username/password fields open. Thanks for the answers
