Hi..

Im Anjana

im using Nokia C6-01 phone for last 1 year period and i got it from the nokia agent in Sri Lanka (Softlogic)

However few months back OVI give me a update phone to Nokia Bally... and now phone unable to used with E-mail. when i try to set-up phone got stroked....... and unable to proceed to set-up or account.......

again i installed software through OVI again. but no change...

Please give me a solution early..

hi mate,

if you already have tried re-installing the firmware thru Nokia Suite, then your only option precluding a visit to Nokia Care is to perform a three-finger hard reset.

failing that, you will definitely need to visit Nokia Care for inspection: http://nokia.com/support

Is a SIM in your Nokia? The e-mail assistant does not work, if there is no SIM inside.
