E-mail setup is not possible in nokia E63

I am using nokia e63 smartphone, I found problem in setup of email in my inbox as while doing a setup an error found that insert memory card while memory card is already inserted.
Pleas help how to do e mail setup and remove this error

Have you tried performing a powercycle? (turn off the phone, remove the battery (include the memory card), put them back in then turn on the phone)

You may also try to perform a soft reset. Refer to page 111/114 of the user guide.

 

If both didn't help, you may try to re-install the software of the device using Nokia Suite.
