E63 & Nokia PC Suite

Downloaded new version of PC Suite and although phone and PC connect the sync does not work because the E63 has the following error message "invalid user name or password".  I do not have a memory card installed and I cannot find any other app. that needs a  password.  My service provider is 3.

 

Any help or ideas would be appreciated.
