since i have updated my nokiabelle software my email box does not open and i can't see no messages. When i clik on the widget comes out the word 'recover', all remains black until disappearing. Can i do something to really recover the e mail in my phone? I have already reinstalled the software without succeeding

have you tried performing a three-finger hard reset? please make a backup of all personal data first to PC and/or online storage, as the reset wipes everything.

Failign this, you will need to take your phone to your local Nokia Care for inspection: http://nokia.com/support
