Hi Friends,

Can anyony tell me how can I set my internet home page (both for accessing by pressing 0 and from internet folder) in C2-01 model?

When you are on a web page go to options>set as home page.

Thanks for the reply..But when I'm clicking on the Home option inside Internet folder or pressing 0 for long time its showing an alert "Check the home page"!!

Are you asking me to open a web page in opera mini and then I need to set the home page there only?

Please give me some more elaborate solution.

First open the internet folder then scroll down to enter address there enter the website address and then when the page is loaded press option then select "set as homepage".

I'm having the same issue - only I have no option to "set as homepage".  My options are "add to web services", "web services" "downloads" "browse web" "font size" "reload" and "exit"

This is aggravating !!!

In most of the phones like in my X2-00 the home page was set automatically to my operator's website when i saved the internet settings they sent.Do you have any option regarding setting the homepage in the internet folder?

Thank you for your response and interest in helping out.

When I click on the "Internet" symbol I get back a screen with the following options ... ..."Nokia.mobi" which take me to some Ovi (I guess) stuff

 ..."Home" which gives me the 'Check Homepage Address'

 ..."Browser" which takes me to an Opera Mini screen

... "Web Services" which goes to Ovi mobi, Myspace, YouTube and some bookmarks from my restore of another Nokia which I used to initially populate the C2-01.

I just don't see anything where I can establish my own "home" screen ...

In that case you will have to contact your operator because like i said in my previous post only your operator's setting can set the homepage.

Thanks anyway - but my "operator" isn't going to tell me anyting  I'm with ATT - they don't market the phone and I didn't buy it from them.

Well then i think its better if you use opera mini as your main browser.Anyways has your operator provided you with the internet settings?

Having same problem here.!!
I used my all efforts to set homepage as a default,,but can't.!!
..
I think so,,
here i can get atleast a solution,,
but ray of hope goes again fails..!!
