Got my new Nokia Lumia 822 last night. I've been trying to send texts with images in them and it keeps failing. When someone attempts to send me a text message with an image in it I click on it and it says it's fetching content but doesn't do anything. Eventually I get a message indicating the content is no longer available. Any ideas?

Sounds like something up with your network carrier. You are on Verizon, yes? You will need to check with them for your MMS settings, and contact them as to whether your MMS is activated or not. The settings should already be present on the SIM card and activated on the phone though. I would also make a point of installing all the latest updates from Nokia, one of which is Access Point, which enables you to modify access points manually. Yep that was the solution, Verizon had to work some magic to get this going.
