Message sending problem in Nokia E75

my phone E75 was not going to send sms text messgaes but able to receive msg's.every setting is ok because i did all the msg settings according to the setting given by network provider.It's not to do with signal or my sim because I can make calls and I have tried it in another phone.
I've also restored factory settings.but all in vain. If anyone has any tips I would be extremely grateful!!

Check incoming/outgoing messagecenter numbers with your provider.
