    My Nokia Asha 200 Social App Not Working .. Please Help me .. I Buy Last Day Nokia Asha 200 . Nokia Asha 200 is Nice Model . But it have 2 to 3 error in Asha 200 . So Please Help me .

Hi babyboy, 

Please could you try to perform a soft reset on your device using the code *#7780# security code 12345 by default if prompted. It is best to create a back up on nokia suite before performing the soft reset, you will not lose any data however it will reset your device settings to factory conditions.

If it is still not working, please try and remove all your profiles from your social app, restart your device and re-sync them.

Let us know how you get on and feel free to post any other questions you may have.

Same sort of problem here. Social Messaging got corrupted. When I try to run it I get the message: Invalid application. Delete? Can't delete however, because it's a system app. I am left with a sort of link of 4K in stead of the original size of (approx) 1.2M.

Tried restoring the app by:

• flashing the new firmware 11.56 (came from 10.58)
• reflashing
• reflashing again
• restoring factory settings from menu
• restoring via *#7370#.

Sadly none of the methods worked. I contacted Nokia Care, but got no solution from them (yet).

Any ideas?

i have updated software version also. Nothing is helpfull to me till now.
