Hello,
When I try to log in nokia ovi e-mail, I always get this error :
"Your account is locked."
It's not a matter of time as written in this webpage :
http://support.ovi.com/osc/en_GB/service/get_a_nok
I always get the error even if I don't try to log in during several days !
And also I know I use the good name & password because if I use a wrong password I don't have the "Your account is locked" error but another one (which is "Either the email address / username ... ... or password was not recognized.")
My ovi e-mail adress is occilo@ovi.com

See the "Contact us" link on the upper right on this page.
Click it and call your nearest/local Nokia Care (customer support).

Thank you for the idea of reaching Nokia Care (customer support) but I don't understand why I have to do this...
My e-mail adress worked well before and i haven't notice any problem.

You should do that in order to get Nokia's customer support personnel to help you. This is a user-to-user support discussion forum, and if fixing this requires that Nokia does something on their side, they will only learn of your problem if you contact Nokia Care directly.

Thank you for answering me, petrib. But, even if I understand that I have to contact Nokia Care directly, I wonder why they locked my account without any prior given notice nor any explanations.
I seriously think that I have better to move to another e-mail provider like g-mail which seems to be more reliable. I don't like spending time with hotline and stuff like this for unknow reasons.
And yes, since my last post here, I contacted Nokia Care via e-mail (web form, in fact) and then didn't answer me as of today.

Someone else might have attempted to log in to your account too many times, or you yourself (if, e.g., you've mistakenly tried to use the wrong password, or remember the username incorrectly for some reason or by accident).
If Nokia Care does not respond to email fast enough, use the phone number and call them to speak to a live Nokia support person directly.

Firstly let me welcome you to the Nokia discussion forums.
I have just checked with the Nokia French team and you email has been received and a response was sent out on the 13th January., have you received this response?
Here is a copy of the response which was sent out on the same day you sent your email.

In regards to your Nokia account, I understand that there had been some problems with logging in due to our server being down.
But as you pointed out that this has been for several days, let me contact the specialised team in order to find out what is wrong.
Can you please provide the following information in your next email? :
Your email or username
The exact error message that you are getting when you try to log in
Can you also try to change your password and then try to log in again?

i tried several times logging in sa ******************** used correct password it no helping. 1Account locked,error massage enter password ,several times

Hello, i also have a problem accessing my nokia account. My son accidently deleted my account not knowing that he was terminating my account. I tried accessing it and it says 'your account has been locked'. Will you please help me?

My locked username is [removed username] and that account is vital for a recovering of a password of a blog of me .... Every time I try to log on, it says "your account is locked" . Please try to help me .
My phone number is also invalid now . I don't understand what to do . I'm int a big trouble because of this Account lock . There is no way given to recove my password or my account by answering the security question . How to recover by answering the security Question?
