I have a Nokia lumia 800 which won't allow me to attach a picture to it and send via a text.I have downloaded the latest updates but still no luck.The store from whom I purchased the phone tried to locate the problem but again no luck. They were of the opinion there might be a fault with some of the phones,would appreciate any help.......

Welcome to Nokia Support Discussions!

Have you set up your internet and MMS settings using Network setup app? You can find it via Marketplace in Nokia collection. Just install, run it and select your operator from the list. After that you should be able to send multimedia messages.

Also try your SIM card on another phone to see if the issue is with the phone or the connection. If the issue persists, we would advise you to contact your operator as they should be able to help you with any issues regarding network settings and services.

Hi Puigchild , Tried all of the above but to no avail,I have been back to Tescos where I purchased the phone and one of their staff also went through the same procedure but again was unsuccessful. Really annoying as this function is one that I require for work.Any further ideas????

i have tried this but it is asking for access point name and password and i dont know where to get this
