Nokia E7 - Mail for Exchange thinks its roaming

My colleague's E7 doesn't sync automatically anymore. MfE prompts user to sync manually when roaming, although user is in home network. System reset solves the problem for a short while, but after traveling abroad the problem comes back. The phone is fully updated.

Anyone else with similar problem?
