Nokia IM bug on C5

I recently discovered that nokia IM on C5 has bugs & on updating it always shows " no communities available"...even i performed hard reset with *#7370# & updated firmware to v091.002 via pc suite..but the problem exists...WANT A SOLUTION how to chat with my friends..

Hi xylol,

 

Welcome to the Nokia forum.

 

The update should fix the issue, so try to reinstall the update.

 

Connect the phone to Nokia Suite and click on the green arrow where you will see the option to reinstall the current software displayed in blue. 

 

Let me know how you get on so that I can troubleshoot further, if necessary.

me too same problem and i update my software via cell still it did not work
