OVI Mail - outbox problem

hi all,

 i got the following error msg:

 

SMTP-Authentifizierung fehlgeschlagen. Benutzernamen und Kennwort sowie Zugriffsrechte auf 'smtp.mail.ovi.com' prüfen.

smtp auth failed, check user, password and rights at x

 

 

my config is:

x.x@ovi.com

imap.mail.ovi.com

smtp.mail.ovi.com

993

465

ssl

secure auth per login

 

i recive mails but cant send them.. any suggestions?

Hi mhbsdMEW,

 

 

If sending E-mails is your problem it only means that there's something wrong with your outgoing mail settings. I have the new OVI mail settings that are listed below.

 

Incoming mail settings: imap.nokiamail.com: port 993

Outgoing mail settings: smtp.nokiamail.com: port465
