My Email on my Nokia E5 is not storing sent items so i dont know whether they are sending or not as when i log on to laptop they do not show up either there

have you checked that other apps / built-in web browser on your E5 is able to connect to the Internet? may also pay to check that you have the correct cellular data settings and that it is activated.
