the other day it worked fine for me on my 110 in displaying the name and number of the intended recipient. have you checked that you have the latest firmware version 3.33 installed on the device? if you have, also check that your contacts are stored correctly on the phone and that you have no problems with the condition of your SIM card etc.
failing that, you can try performing a Restore to factory settings...let us know how it goes mate.
