Hi, I have recently purchased an unlocked c3-00 and swapped my existing SIM card into it. I can send and receive text messages but can't send or receive photos/multimedia; any idea on how to correct this? I could do this without any problem with the same SiM in my old phone. Thanks

You probably need the MMS settings for your new phone. Contact your network and request they send you the settings. This is usually sent to your phone in the form of a self installing sms.

Thank you for your first post and welcome to the Nokia discussion forums.

Normally when you first insert your new sim into your phone it should automatically add all the settings if they are on the sim. If this hasn't happened then as @cjlim has stated you can request these settings from your network provider.
