Hello to all nokia discussion member,
I need help. I cant access my ovi mail "
The detail when i try to login is " Your account is locked. "
I use my ovi for my work, Facebook, paypal, Blackberry ID, Apple ID, etc.
I already try the " send recovery using my mobile number ". but until now i get no sms at all from ovi to resolve my problem. I already try to login for few days now, but still no luck.
Can some one help me asap. i need to login to my email

Hi,
Thank you for your message and welcome to the forums.
Sorry to hear about your issue's you are experiencing with your ovi email account. What I recommend you do is to wait around 24 hours and then try logging in again. If after this you still cannot access your email then you can either email Nokia support or call your Nokia care line.

Hello @Account_Locked,
I had similiar experience day or two ago with my phone
(I was trying to sign in this very site). The " sign in" page
threw me to different looking "sign in" page with text you told
up there.
By trying again everything went well. What I suggest you to do
try another web browser you normally use, sign in and see
what happens.

I've been having the same issue since last night. My 1 email address works, but the other wont and when I try to sign in to here with the other address it says my account is locked.
Do I wait 24 hours without trying to access it? How do I solve this?

I have current paid up business call contract with Vodacom but when I try to use cetain functions like maps I get "your account is locked" what is wrong and howdo I fix it? My phone is a Nokia N78 which is making and receiving calls, sms and connecting to the internet and my details show "not locked"
