i heard that windows phone 8 can't do a copy paste, is that right?

i mean, that i capable to copy some text from note to message?

and, i heard too that windows phone 8 can't do a multitasking..?

so, how if i want to do a several application in the same time..?

i want to make a pre order for nokia lumia 820, but this little things are ruin my mind..

You can certainly copy and paste from documents and emails by longpressing>select to copy and pasting from the clipboard. Don't think you can do it from an sms which seems to be a different format.

Certain tasks like Nokia Maps, weather etc, are allowed to multitask in the background. Remaining tasks are paused. The paused apps can be left in the background and called up again whenever you require. No different to iOS I suppose

The paste icon will appear at the top of the keyboard where the word suggestions should be, it is a clipboard in a white circle. Works in messaging, documents, emails, web browser as Cjlim has said. You simply longpress on the back button and the multi-tasking view appears.

I'm sure you'll enjoy the experience as a lot of us with 920's here are , Windows Phone 8 is pretty good

I frequently want to select part of a string, most commonly a phone number such as 008612345678765 (that's probably not a valid number) so that I can change it to +8612345678765 - this seems to be impossible, I can only select the entire string.  Is there a way to do what I need?  Alternatively, can i move the insertion point to just after the "00" so I can delete them?
