I am unable to send or receive MMS on my Nokia 300 through ATT in the U.S. does anyone have the configuration info for this? Thanks

Thanks for your first message on the forums.

Just a few questions on your device, did you buy phone in the U.S? 

Also have you tried contacting your network provider in order for you to recieve your mms settings? Normally once you put in your new sim card it should automatically add these settings for you. So if this hasn't happend then in this instance I would try to contact AT&T for them to send you these settings. 

Also have you checked to make sure the message centre number is correct? 

For the AT&T network it should be  +13123149810 but also have a look at the below link:

Thank you for your suggestion. I bought the phone in Europe and it works fine with my Italian Sim card. I contacted ATT and they told me they cannot help me because the phone is not an ATT phone and I should contact Nokia. On line I found the ATT settings for MMS for the C3 model but they don't work. An ATT emplyee at their store told me the only way is to find the settings on line from someone that has had the problem and managed to resolve it. Any suggestions? Thanks

i recently purchased this phone but cant get mms working on talk talk ive tried entering settings manually as talktalk dont recognise the handset but it still not working , im not sure if i have done it correctly, can anyone help thanks
