nokia e5 .. 'not enough memory to complete operation'

everytime i try and open up my internet browser and it just tells me to delete data. even when i have restored factory settings. it now wont even let me send text messages or have a recent call list. it just says that there isnt enough memory which i dont understand as everything is saved onto my memory card. please help .. im very close to throwing the phone against a brick wall.
