They use Nokia's own internal servicing software that's not legally available to the public. That software gives them more options and control than the software available to customers. The state of the phone determines exactly how they update it.

  1. Take backup of your device using Nokia suit.Otherwise you will loss your personal information or files.
  2. Your device should be fully charged.
  3. Please Do Not Remove your device during update process.Otherwise your mobile will be become dead,And in future you can’t be able to use your mobile any more.
