I have installed the Internet Radio Application onto my Nokia N95 8 GB. With the T-Mobile wireless broadband I can browse stations, but when trying to play a station it states "Playback Failed". When trying to connect through my w/lan (which works, as I can use it to browse the internet) the "Internet Radio Applet" states "No Network Connection".
After trying this several times I have uninstalled the applet from the phone memory and installed it again in the 8 GB mass memory. No change - the same problems persist.
What is wrong with Internet Radio on the N95 8GB? Has anyone got it to work with any tipps on how to do it, please?
I had the Nokia Internet Radio App......for 3 years on my N95 8GB device. Sweet application. Then lately I discovered my phone was having rebooting problems. Either it was the battery or whatever I had no clue. So I contacted Nokia Support......Instead of them advising me to back up my apps on the Nokia Suite first, they let me do a SOFT RESET on my device if it could correct the problem of the rebooting....which failed to correct the error.
And after doing a HARD RESET, my phone now was obliged to get an update from the Nokia Suite which I needed a sign up.....I did all that. I tried to download the Nokia Internet Radio from the Nokia suite...I could not even find that app in it. There was a "Browse Nokia Store" on the Suite. And I found "My Stuff" tab. I clicked on it & there, all the apps I've downloaded were there. As for the Nokia internet radio, It could not be redownloaded again. That's how I lost mine. They are now asking me to contact the publisher.
