I cannot find on Nokia site any help contact where to send info about that so I'll be posting here. If you buyed something from Nokia Music Store and it's definitely badly encoded you can post info here. I hope that people responsible for encoding will correct these files.

Error is independent from what software and/or hardware player you are using and from what you are playing - local hard disk, flash memory or network NAS server.

Be sure to select "music" from the drop down box so that the comment goes to the relevant department. You could also try calling Nokia Care in your country and request a refund.

Well, you have right.

But people (including me) must remember to sign in into their Nokia account from web browser top right corner http://www.pixbang.com/images/signintono.jpg Because it's not the same sign in like here onto this forum (login and password remain the same). And if they are not logged, they cannot see contact form.
