Cannot re-download purchased music (not Nokia Music Unlimited) with Nokia Music Player.
Hope there is a solution to make this?

Sorry to hear about your issue with the music downloads. What I recommend you do is to call your local Nokia care line as they systems to check your account and can resolve this issue for you.
