I purchased and downloaded an album (Now Xmas) from Ovi Music Store. I can see the album in my Purchase History when logged in to OviMusic, however the download button s greyed out?
I've also tried log in direct from Oviplayer - still greyed out, plus I've cleared cookies/temp files etc. I cannot get the music to my PC to download - any ideas much appreciated.

I have the same problem. Bought one album. One track failed to download. Tried again and after another fail the download button greyed out. Trying to download the whole album with Music Player skips this track. Web browser also refuses to download. I'm waiting now for Nokia support to answer my problem report.

Hi,
Same here. First download was interrupted. Now the download button is greyed out or invisible, depending on the OS and Browser I use. Even on the phone (N9) I cannot download it again.
Hope Nokia can give a hint or did either of you manage to get it working ?

I also have the same problem. Since I have tried on my laptop browser, Ovi store on my phone and music player, the issue must be upstream
I wish there was a simple FAQ to this as it seems to happen to a lot of people. This cannot be good for Nokia.
