I am so much annoyed for the past many years (since the release of N8) that music can't be bought or vouchers are not available for Nokia Store in UAE.

Now after buying Lumia 920, the Music App is not available in UAE, thus we can't buy/stream Music from Nokia. Xbox Music is not supported in UAE.

and above all, Nokia is misleading by publishing the false information under Specification on Nokia UAE website for Lumia 920.. take a look on the attached photo where Nokia says:

you will need to take this issue up with Nokia Care in your region, by clicking the Nokia Support link at the bottom of this page.

I have the same issue. Bought lumia 920 from Dubai & now using in India but can't browse or download music.

same as the other guy, you will need to contact your local Nokia Care, as it seems that device bought in other country may not be able to use your home country's Nokia Music services due to differences in region branding. Would double-check with Nokia Care though: http://nokia.com/support

Nokia Music Unlimited is only available on Indian firmware as clearly explained here.

Hi, Thank you for the advice.

I had contacted Nokia first and than posted here in the forum. Nokia Care said this feature is not yet available and they don't know when it will be available in MENA region.

They are saying this since N8, N9 and now Lumia 920.

The Million Dollar Question is..why they have mentioned on their official webpage that it comes with Nokia Music Package when it is not there..? isn't that cheating?  or a typo error?

I wonder..how they support other markets like India, Europe and Americas and leaving MENA behind...not even supporting to buy tracks via Credit Cards or Music Vouchers.

Perhaps you can install the app, just change your region to USA and this app will be available for your Lumia 920.. it is good app for playing Music.

But you won't get any Nokia Music features like Mix Radio, download or buy songs etc. If you are using it India, you should have bought it from India but I understand that you might be one like me to buy stuff before it release in it's original market.

Ok, we shall wait like we have waited for N8, N9 and now for Lumia 920. I don't think this is gonna happen in near future but since you guys at Nokia are telling us, we will wait.

But let me tell you that it's very annoyed for all of us when a flagship like Lumia 920 missing one of the main and major feature Nokia Music, while you mentioned in the specs that it comes with this Nokia Music Package.

And there is no use of Nokia Purity Headphones too...without this feature.

You mean to tell us the headphones do not work unless you use nokia Music?

I mean to say what's the use of Purity Headphones if there is no Music in Lumia? For your information, in MENA, there is no source of buying Music online. Only iTune offers it that I am not sure too.

The only way to get music is to buy CD, rip them to your phone...and who wants to do that!

We can not take full advntage of Nokia Music and Purity Headphones or NFC Speakers as well other several Music accessories of no use unless there is easy to buy/download available Music.... or someone is pirate.

My ultimate point is to have the vastly advertised and promised features as mentioned on Nokia Website that Lumia comes with Nokia Music Package..but it is not there...that's cheating.

Thank you Nokia...I don't need Nokia Music Anymore..I manage to have Xbox Unlimited Subscription and they told me if you play our Music continously..it won't finish in 80 years, such a big collection.
