I tried to purchase an album this morning via my PC.When i went to pay for it I got an error message saying try again. I tried again and got the same message. When I checked my account it showed the album in the recently downloaded list, although at that point I hadnt downloaded anything.I clicked on the details and was able to download individual tracks one at a time but only about two thirds of them.There were some tracks on there that were only available if purchased as part of the album and I wasnt able to download them.I have not been charged for any of the downloads I was able to retrieve.Is there anyway at all its possible to actually speak to a human being about the issue because the "support" on the web site is laughable.

Thanks for your help, that worked great and the rest of the tracks downloaded fine.
I still dont seem to have been charged for the album though.I dont know how, or who to contact about this.
The album appears in the "purchased download" list in my download history, but not in my "recent purchases" list in my "music Account" section.
Its only a small ammount of money but I dont want to be accused of taking the album without paying for it.
Best solution is to contact Nokia Support, especially since this concerns with billing and account.
